The basics

We work in accordance with the value chain model. Every employee fulfils a role in one or more of these process steps. Roles in these process steps are regularly evaluated from the commercial point of view as well as from personal development and need.

 

 

All support departments have their own value chains. Implementation of our HRM policy is also described following the process steps within its own value chain.
